On my way back from the Falkland Islands I stopped by Torres del Paine National Park in Patagonia. My main objective was to photograph wild pumas which will be the subject of my next post. But it’s impossible to ignore the spectacular scenery which draws multitudes of visitors every year. For travellers, photographers and hikers alike, the area is a place where nature dominates every vista. The scenery changes constantly – golden grasslands give way to snow-covered mountains, ancient forests open into vast valleys, and mirror-like lakes reflect vibrant coloured skies and dramatic peaks. Its impossible to convey how stunning and jaw-droppingly beautiful it is.
