Miranda is one of my favourite places to visit. Huge flocks of birds, stunning sunsets, and beautiful murmuration patterns are a joy to watch. What a photo can’t capture is the incredible swooshing sound of a thousand birds taking flight. Miranda is mesmerising and well worth an evening visit, a few hours either side of high tide when the birds are most visible.
